I have been with my husband Estanislao Marquez Magana since November 22 1998 we were married in Jeff Davis County Georgia by Arthur Buford on April 29 2005 we have tried getting his papers to no avail due to a missed court date in 1996 when he had his work authorization papers and he has a social security number and has paid and filed taxes every year since 1996 he worked at Pallet One as a Sawyer from 1999 til 2005 when they cut production pay of the hispanic workers, we moved to Mississippi in 2005 and had our own construction business Marquez Floors Doors and More until November 2010 due to the oil spill we moved back to Georgia where we were employed in the pine straw business by a Mexican Preacher Lupe Nuncio I believe that is his last name, until June 19 th when a Hazlehurst city police officer followed my husband from Burger king out to the ypass down to flash foods where my husband stopped exited the vehicle entered the store and then returned to the vehicle and drove to the red light by enmark before the police pulled him over
The charges Dui No license and improper left turn, if he thought he was drunk why didnt he arrest him at the store, my husband was not allowed to call me to come for the vehicle nor was he allowed a phone call at the jail if i had not went looking for him he would have been gone without a trace the irony of immigration removing him from hazlehurst 4 days after his arrest was he had a matriculate from the Mexican consulate on his person at the time of his arrest this is acceptable id in the state of Georgia for identification purposes they had no right to detain him for immigration and then he was transferred to Stewart Detention center in Lumpkin Ga who also recognizes the matriculate as vaid id for non detainment but on July 14th he was removed from this country and on August 19th Georgia will lose another person from its population count as I will be moving to Meico to join my husband who is on a lifetime ban from the US so adios a america hola a mexico thanks for listening

O Sue, I am so very, very sorry. In years to come, people will see this as such a black mark in our country. Of course, we now see the damage to all humanity by what is being done to these people. We no longer go to Georgia AT ALL! Keeping you in my prayers, and doing all I can for immigration!

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN TOGETHER SINCE DEC OF 2009. HE WAS CAUGHT HERE ILLEGEALLY NOTHING MORE IN AUG OF 2005 HE VOLUNTARILY DEPARTED WITH THE INTENTIONS THAT WITH MY HELP HE WOULD BE ABLE TO RETURN IN 6 TO 9 MONTHS. THEY DID NOT TELL US OF ALL THE COSTS FOR APPLICATION FEES ETC…HAVING TO HAVE A SPONSOR. I WAS ABLE TO GET OUR I 130 APP APPROVED. THEN OUR LEGEAL REPRESENTATION I WAS GETTING COULD NOT HELP ANYMORE. I HAD TO DO THE REST ALONE.I DO NOT HAVE ANYONE WHO WAS WILLING TO BE A SPONSOR. I WAS LIED TO BY SOMEONE FROM THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER WHO TOLD ME I NEEDED TO FIND A SPONSOR FOR MY HUSBAND FOR 10 YEARS. JUST RECENTLY FOUND OUT I ONLY NEED 1 FOR 3 YEARS. ALSO OUR CASE HAS BEEN CLOSED WITH THE NATIONAL VISA CENTER. I DID NOT HAVE A LAWYER AT THE TIME AND OUR CASE WAS SO CALLED ABANDONED BECAUSE TO MUCH TIME HAD PASSED LOOKING FOR A SPONSOR.IF I HAD HAVE A LAWYER I WOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD BY MY LAWYER. NVC DOESNT TELL YOU ANYTHING. IF I WAS TOLD I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR A EXTENSION ON OUR CASE. SO NOW I HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. PAYING ALL THE FEES OVER AGAIN. IT HASBEEN 6 YEARS SINCE I HAVE SEEN MY HUSBAND AND OUR 2 BOYS HAVE BEEN WITHOUT THEIR FATHER. THEY STRUGGLE WITH TRYING TO UNDERSTAND THIS EVERYDAY. WE NEED HIM HERE. MISS HIM AND LOVE HIM!!
